For the clothing sector, we offer different solutions and we are able to quilt any type of fabric, circular-knit or shuttle-woven, with different deniers and different yarn counts. No limit to quilting of the fabrics or to the creativity of the stylists.
Furnishing
The furnishing sector, similar to the clothing sector, requires very strong yarns which are resistant to wear and age. We produce long-life fabrics and we have the latest technology in the sector for quilting upholstery of sofas, armchairs, chairs and beds.
Mattress
The mattress sector is extremely technical and, at the same time, pays scrupulous attention to the fabrics, as they directly affect human health. The Trapuntatura Belpunto fabrics are fireproof, miteproof, anallergic and eco-sustainable and, using machines able to process placed designs, they can be customized right down to the smallest detail.
Perforation
We have four perforation lines and we produce approximately 2,500 metres of perforated material daily. We carry out perforation for different sectors: footwear, leather goods, automotive and thermoacoustic for insulation. We are able to perforate different types of material in different formats in rolls and on sheets.
